Sandy has a twenty-five year record of accomplishment in a variety of roles with several start-ups as well as large corporations. 

An agile business professional, Sandy has served in leadership and individual performer roles with companies including PPG Industries, PC Solutions, MicroAge, Productivity Point International (PPI) and New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.  Sandy’s diverse career path has led her through the good, the bad, and the ugly associated with growing and changing organizations, allowing her to hone a broad range of business skills along the way. 

Sandy’s focus on business growth, improved productivity, and developing long-lasting client partnerships produced consistent record profitability for the business units that she managed with Productivity Point International and New Horizons.  Her sales activity and pipeline management processes and tools have helped sales professionals to increase their sales by as much as 40%, and significantly improve the accuracy of their forecasting.  In 2005, Sandy initiated a team-selling concept and strategic account planning process and that resulted in 110% revenue increase in targeted accounts. 

Sandy works with business leaders to grow their business by focusing on the execution and implementation of solutions to improve business operations, client development, and sales force effectiveness.  Her candid, independent approach, along with her intense focus on results, helps to close the gap between aspiration and achievement.
